Well, THAT was an interesting day!
Jul. 21st, 2007 08:53 pmAfter dropping off a bunch of old monitors at an electronics recycling depot, I bought (at different stores) more memory for my laptop (so now all my main computers have 3/4 GB of RAM) and a used Palm III with docking stand.
The extra RAM for my laptop lets me play some internet games more smoothly as well as (though not at the same time as) running two programs concurrently that actually do something, i.e., a web browser and Blender if I'm trying to follow a tutorial.
Now the Palm III, for the moment, that's just to play with, though I'm hoping that I'll use it for taking notes with.
After all, for just $13 you can't go too far wrong...
I've already found a couple of games to put on it that are interesting, though I need to find a tiny drawing program for it to make quick sketches with.
Anybody have any other ideas of what I could use it for?
